We hired Sabrina as our “day of” wedding planner for our wedding at the Ace Hotel in Palm Springs but if we had to do it over again, we would hire her to handle the whole wedding planning process. Sabrina was not only professional, very responsive, and extremely organized but she was thoughtful and creative in addressing all the details / issues that arise in planning and execution of an event of this magnitude. Best of all, on the day of our wedding, we could totally relax because we knew she had it covered; she and her assistant Melissa just instilled that kind of confidence. We would absolutely hire her and her team again for any other type of event (maybe an anniversary celebration!) 🥰 .
Sabrina was an awesome wedding coordinator. We used her services for the month leading up to our wedding, and it was a giant relief to have her skills on our big day. She is patient without being a push over, smart and a clear communicator. Hopefully I don’t get married again, but if I did…I’d know who to hire.

Sabrina was excellent! She was a great resource and partner through the entire wedding-planning process. We found her through the Ace Hotel Palm Springs’ approved vendor list. She knows how the Ace Hotel runs like the back of her hand. Not only did she help us coordinate our wedding to ensure we weren’t missing anything important, she also has a great eye for design, has a super helpful running checklist for couples, and is incredibly responsive via email/text. Sabrina also has a whole team of top-notch vendors available for couples, if needed. We hired her graphic designer (Hannah) to make the wedding signs, seating chart, and table numbers. We also hired her rental partner (Palos Verdes) for our oversized brass arch. We also hired her husband, Wyatt (Supermoon DJs), who was a total professional. We were blown away by how great the music sounded! Our guests had the best time. We couldn’t have had such a seamless and beautiful wedding without Sabrina. She’s the best! We cannot recommend her enough.
