Beautiful venue and location but felt the grounds could have been better kept. Also, they gave us a hard time about noise and the size restrictions are very real. They say 150 is maximum capacity but that doesn’t account for a sit down dinner/wedding. We were able to fit about 100 comfortably tented out back and got very lucky on weather. Inside would have been very restrictive, especially with a dance floor factored in. Honestly just makes a lot more sense for a smaller/micro wedding. Nevertheless, it worked out perfectly in the end but we had to put in some extra work on landscaping and getting the place presentable in order to achieve our vision.

Great venue. The outdoor view of Sandy Hook and the city skyline were an awesome backdrop. Great place for an outdoor wedding and indoor reception. It's not huge but if your party fits, it would be awesome!

Just had my wedding there on June 5th, 2021 and it was beautiful. Amazing venue that you rent from Wednesday to Sunday, so being able to set up in a relaxed pace was the best feeling. Low stress. Super charming Victorian era clubhouse overlooking the ocean!

The Water Witch Club made all our wedding dreams come true. Not your typical venue, but more spectacular than any "wedding factory". This place holds so much history, with amazing panoramic views of Sandy Hook and Manhattan on sunny days. We will always remember our Water Witch Wedding.

The last of my childrens' generation to be wed was a niece who is also our miracle child who survived spinal meningitis. She was married at this georgeous venue overlooking Sandy Hook, the bays inside and the ocean outside the "HOOK." It truly was a very special, indeed delightful day! I told her how very nice it was to attend such a gaila event on our 51st anniversary. The best part was that we were with everyone we both love so very much. Best reserve well ahead!
