My flowers looked nothing like I requested. They also told me to pick up at one time and when we got to the place it was a different story. I honestly think they just threw together what they had! I wouldn’t want another disappointed bride! Go out there and find your dream bouquet, this place isn’t it!

My experience with the Floral Loft was amazing! Kelly did an excellent job not only with the arrangement, but in overall communication. From processing the order to delivery, the service was seamless.
The arrangement itself was perfect! We absolutely loved the flowers that were selected. It just so happens that Ranunculus are one of her favorite flowers.
I will recommend this spot to anyone in the SF area looking for a good florist.

A friend told me about the change of owners so I stopped by to check it out. I came by on 12/23 to place an order for a hostess gift. She called me on the 24th when it was ready for pickup. It was super cute arrangement and very festive. There are also a few other cute items while you're browsing such as tea towels, crystals etc. My friend picked up little tiny arrangements for our Christmas dinner.

I just sent succulents to my friend for her birthday and I thought it was a little on the pricey side BUT so worth it. They looked beautiful and they delivered it super quick! I would definitely recommend if you are looking for good quality and quick service!
