You'll learn if you visit this place. It's a darn shame. I hope they have cameras. I hope that customers post their experience too. I can't believe that the company would allow such bad service. I will not let anyone I care about or care for come here ESPECIALLY A WOMAN. Respectfully, your ex-patron.

I just want to start off by saying that I never write these type of reviews, as i’ve never felt inclined to do so. But if anyone is deserving of it I would say that it’s Justin (tall sweetheart with the curly hair) at Suit Supply. Not only was he knowledgeable and accommodating, he was just bursting with charm and personality, he made my day, and made my experience absolutely wonderful. This young man made sure everything I needed was taken care of with such style!!! If I EVER need another suit, you best believe that it will be at this location. 12/10 recommend.

First time shopping there, I saw it online and I decided to visit the store to see the quality of the suits. The quality is definitely there👍
A nice gentleman named Eddison gave me a great service , he showed me few different styles and materials also explained details then guided me for the best fit in size 😅👍.

I never write negative reviews, but this was truly an awful experience! First off the suits look great, but the service is terrible. After spending over an hour with a sales person I was shocked to find the bill was much higher than anything I could find online for reasons that were never made to clear me (felt like a bait and switch). Also the timeline was way later than I expected, cutting it very close for me. But still I really liked the suit so I went ahead with it. Then later I saw in the email receipt that the timeline they quoted me was on the lower end of what the email said. So I went back to the store to see if I could modify the order to speed up the timeline. They made me wait for 2 hours to tell me they had to cancel the order and could not make any changes. Strangely cancelling is not an instant process and took about one day. Again, great looking suit but I can't imagine ever going back.

Terrible customer service. Store was a bit busy when I first stopped by so all the associates were already tending to a customer. That's fine, I'm a patient man. I start browsing their selection and seeing if I like the suits in person as much as I liked how they looked on their website. After about 30 minutes the store is now pretty much empty and there are multiple employees just on the store ipad or on their phones or just chatting with each other. I stop one of the associates to ask some questions and try to get some service but they briefly answer my question while walking away. My favorite suit that I own is from suit supply so I know their quality is worth the money that they charge for some of these suits. If you don't want my business I'm more than happy to take my money elsewhere.
