They were pivotal in making my daughter’s Sweet Sixteen magical! The staff was courteous and organized. At the end, tHe security person stayed with us inside on the coldest of nights until our ride arrived. They went out of their way to make sure everything was beautiful. I would work with them again!

Eva and the Princess Manor staff were great all around throughout our experience of planning our wedding. Before we went to Princess Manor we had checked out another place that was over charging for everything and demanded money on the spot and not being vocal about prices. As soon as we set up a meeting with Princess Manor, we had Eva contact us and was always so accommodating if we were late or if we needed to set up an extra date to speak about payments and the wedding. She always let us know anything new she had to bring to the venue to make our event fruitful and so beautiful as it was. Free to answer questions, requests for lights and other inquiries about personal DJ's and equipment. The process of having our event here was seamless and very amazing to say the least. We appreciate Princess Manor staff and all it''s hard work on our special day. We hope to bring out more events from this venue in the near future!

This is my second time celebrating milestones with Princess Manor. First was for my daughters Sweet 16, which was so beautiful and the second time was six years later for my wedding. Eva and Matthew were present for both events. The venue gave us such elegance, class, and beauty. The staff were super professional, supportive, and prompt on service. Security was on deck and attentive to our commands. The experience of preparation was seamless. Eva was extremely helpful with all my stressors as a bride. She showed lots of understanding and love. I felt as if I was in a family establishment of my own. She helped me save on the expenses and guided me with staying on a budget. She used her catering skills by seeing and understanding that I was overwhelmed with task. Instead of not giving me what I paid for she took the lead and created a cover slide for us with our names. I highly recommend Princess Manor for any event. It's worth money as long as you have an accountable team to communicate your wishes to the P.M. team they will execute it! They say the third time is a charm. I am already brainstorming on what and how to do a future event with them. Blessings to all the future brides, Sweet 16 ladies, birthdays, etc. May your experience be everything ours was. Thank you Eva & Matthew. We love you guys!!!

I will say it's important to read your contract with anything you get yourself involved with. Unfortunately during this time I wasn't able to have a say in it since I let someone else pick the venue for me. Starting off I would recommend that you have your own coordinator to deal with your event affairs because it's very tiring going behind these people and making sure they are doing what they are supposed to do. It seemed they were doing their own thing till we repeatedly told them what we wanted. Another thing you should always opt. for valet parking because if you don't you might as well call the police to tow your own car and save the hefty fine. I don't know where valet puts the cars but they find a way this place has no parking please don't be cheap and just get valet save yourself the headache. Close to the date of the event Miss. Eva was being iffy on certain things mentioned in our contract but she ended up delivering. Apparently they hire a third-party coordinator for the ceremony portion of the wedding but we were a little worried when the coordinator didn't reach out till a week before the wedding but at the end she did her job and was very nice. The day before the wedding was very stressful but it all came together but one thing I will say it was very hard to find anyone for help plus Miss. Eva was busy making calls so we didn't want to bombard her with moving a couple things. The day of started off messy because they lost our farewell souvenirs that we set out for our guests and they were still setting up and guests were sitting out of the area. The souvenirs weren't just in a random spot lying somewhere it was placed on the welcome table with the masks for the guest and other trinkets. When we brought it up to them they looked at us like we were crazy and they have so many cameras that you would think someone would go back and check how it grew two legs and walked off the table by itself. Speaking of cameras there is a camera in the bridal suite they told us it's not in use but if that's the case why not pluck it out or something it made the bridal party felt uneasy. The box and souvenirs were inexpensive but it's still very unpleasant to find your belongings missing after you were promised that those things wouldn't be troubled. We payed the full deposit and payment but it honestly felt like we got very bare minimum plus our stuff going missing felt like they were not doing their part. Also they had drinks set out in an area where no one was paying attention to and no one was given direction to it. Plus it was out in the open where dust or something peculiar could fall into so the germaphobe in me had to pass on that. Also dinner hour was very tasty and short but the ceremony did run about an hour late. However, we couldn't even pack the food away before it disappeared and they explained that it's some law that they can't share out the food in to-go containers or something like that in the state of NYC but to be honest I think they used it for the next event because ain't no way you can throw pans of food away and not save some for something but do you. Lastly, the servers looked so depressed and tired I felt sorry to even ask them for anything. They were just dragging their feet to do anything there was probably only one that had a smile on her face but that's about it. And having that mood for a wedding was really not it. One thing I do appreciate is that Miss. Eva let us have a taste test on the potential entrees we could have and at the end everything was beautiful
