I was just there over the weekend on April 23rd & it is amazing. It’s a beautiful place to get married. I was the DJ and they also treated their vendors nicely. I hope to be back pronto.

Went there for a wedding. Some acerage of land surrounded by retail businesses. The place can easily be missed if you didn't know it was there. There is a front house that I'm not sure if it is like a museum where you can go in to see what homes were like in that time period. The siding of the house needed to be pressure washed. There is a gazebo and water tower right behind the house. And just back from that there is what I would guess was once the barn that now has been converted for use with weddings. There is plenty of parking for guests. There is a large grassy area that is set up with anchors in the ground for a canopy/party tent. The place gets rented a lot for weddings and other parties. I'm guessing the cost to rent the place is very reasonable as it seems to be booked a lot. The "barn" has a kitchen and is also where the restrooms are.
Great views over the area. You could see the high rise buildings over by John Wayne airport and northwards towards Santa Ana.
It wasn't windy when I was there, but I could see that it would be a problem should you have a venue going on on a windy day.
I would recommend anyone to check out the place if they are planning a wedding or any other type of party and you have a limited budget.

A nice spot. A little hard to find. Grounds are beautiful. The barn is very basic, restrooms old, but overall great spot for a small-ish outdoor event.

We drove to this place to find it locked and looking not well maintained. The garden was left by time with a mess of plants growing.
