When I say the service was impeccable for a parent of a child with autism two of the best salesmen, one was a manager made my job easy my son received a tux great price pocket handkerchief bow tie shirt everything was immaculate, it was ready on time everyone who assist in getting my son prepare for prom truly provided great customer service. However there's always that One bad Apple as you all can see the reviews of Natasha is very true. She's very unprofessional, but do not let her discourage you from coming there and getting the best service for any occasion! She's no reflection of the Men's Wearhouse, I would like to thank Izarah and Anthony for their professionalism and providing my son with the best tuxedo accessories he really enjoyed his night...he stood out and he shined!

Our experience at men’s warehouse for our suit rental for our wedding was very disappointing. The initial consultation went smoothly and we were informed that the groom could purchase a suit at a discounted price since he chose not to use the free suit rental option. Since the color palette options did not match the bridesmaids dresses our groomsmen only rented a suit, shirt, and shoes. When my husband went to pick up his purchased suit and redeem the aforementioned discount, he was informed that he wasn’t eligible for the discount since the groomsmen didn’t rent a full suit set (which included a vest, tie, and jewelry), which he wasn’t aware of when he spent $600 on his suit. However, we were able to redeem the free suit rental and gave it to one of our groomsmen. But when he picked up his suit they refused to refund him for the suit rental. Thankfully, when our groomsmen returned his suit he did receive a refund. Overall, unless you are planning on renting a full suit/tuxedo set we would advise to go somewhere else.

Tasha Britt (Assistant Store Manager) is a star, plain and simple. I was measured for a tux at Men's Wearhouse, Frisco, Texas, and they did an absolutely horrible job fitting me. When I showed up, at 5pm on Friday, to pick up my tux in the Canal St. store in Chicago, I was horrified. Total disaster. Thank GOD that Tasha was in the store that evening. She knew right away what to do. She took out a measuring tape, and took all my measurements again, and then took a tux off the rack from her store, and started to tailor it while I waited! She unpackaged a brand new formal shirt in my size, and put together my outfit from the ground up. Seriously. My event was Saturday, and I told her it would be difficult for me to come back the next day because of planned schedules, so I asked her if she could arrange to have the tux dropped off at my hotel. She said that wouldn't be necessary, because it was going to be completely perfect to my satisfaction that evening! I came back in an hour, and the tux was hanging in a suit bag at the front door, waiting for me. Beautiful, pressed, and my exact size. A true custom tux, on the spot! I still can hardly believe she did that for me, at 5pm on a Friday, no less. She did not charge me an extra penny for it, and even added a custom bow tie that I really liked in her store. I wish I lived in Chicago, because Tasha would have won me over as a lifetime customer of her shop. But I'll tell everyone I know in Chicago to shop at the Canal street store, because the way they treat their customers is truly unique and special. Tasha, if you are reading this, our event was spectacular, and I felt like I owned the place, because I knew I looked great in that tux you made for me :-) thank you Tasha!

Robert "the manager" and the rest of the team at this Men's Wearhouse saved my wedding day.
I was originally going with a different company to get my tux for "the big day". It ended up not working out with the other company with only 5 weeks left until my wedding day. I came into this Men's Wearhouse to see what kind of options were possible...Do I rent a tux with my groomsmen? or do I still have time to go custom and fitted?
This Men's Wearhouse went above and beyond to make sure I got a tux that was custom made and perfectly tailored in record time. I remember getting fitted for the first time...Rob (manager) came from across the store to make sure I was getting measured correctly and took it upon himself to be my main point of contact.
If you are getting married and need a tux...This is your spot. Ask for Rob right away and the rest of the team will jump in to make sure your feel like a truly valued customer.
I will be coming back to this location for anything I ever need in the future. Rob is running a real business down in South Loop that rivals the high end shops in other parts of Chicago for a reasonable price. You will be taken care of.

This location is probably the BEST location for MW. THE STAFF IS AWESOME! They recommended going the custom route although there was already so much to choose from off the racks. Gabriel assisted me along with his manager. I had so much fun picking out the stitching and personalizing the jackets with a wide variety of color and texture options. If you're looking for multiple suits then go the custom route.
