I wish I can give zero stars so disrespectful and very rude and unprofessional I ordered a cake on August 13th for my daughters birthday party which would have been on Saturday Aug 21st. On August 17th we received sad and shocking news about a death in the family. I called the next day to not cancel my order but to put my order on hold until further notice they said they can’t do it because breading was already made, this was Wednesday the party was Saturday so I asked can I just get a cake for the down payment that I already made. So the manager gets on the phone named (MARY) She gets on the phone with a different story and says “the cake already has icing” mind you the party was made for Saturday and this is on a Wednesday (she’s okay with giving clients 4 day old cake) so I told her about our family emergency and we explained to her very nicely that we didn’t want the money back we just wanted to put the cake on hold she refused, I had my mother on the line as well with me she’s a witness that this lady actually CHUCKLED When we let her know our reason for just simply putting our cake on hold which I thought was very very very unprofessional and heartless to be the owner of the establishment. PLEASE GET YOUR CAKES ELSE WHERE! Ladies and Gentlemen

Belated review, but finally got around to do it. We ordered a 2 tier cake and a smash cake for my son's first birthday. They tasted and looked absolutely amazing!! All the guests (mostly adults) were raving about them. Mary's Cake Shop were professional and easy to work with. Prices are very affordable for high end cakes. Will definitely be ordering my custom cakes from here again!

One star is because it looks clean and the other one is because cakes look nice. Tres leches is to sweet and the bread is hard. vanilla flavor is to much. They don’t put fresh fruit inside the cakes. Just on top. Cupcakes are ok. Is just the design on cakes that is good. My cup cakes were dry and hard. I really want it to like them but I hate over sugary desserts. And they don’t used much eggs that is why the bread is hard. Not worth it!

Sending a BIG THANK YOU! The Birthday Girl Loved her cake alongside her few guest. During quarantine times colorful combinations brighten up the day. You outdid yourselves with the array of colors aswell to matching up the sample picture, just in awe. I ordered something that I had never tried, the Napolitano, amazingly moist & delicious. Will be a returning customer.
