    Absolutely the best experience possible! Mandy helped us plan and replan (twice) our 2020 wedding, and it ended up being the best wedding we could have imagined! She was so on top of the schedule, the vendors, and all the details - we didn't have to worry about anything that day. I would recommend her to anyone getting married.

    Mandy was excellent to work with on our wedding. She's detail-oriented and had us trusting that everything was going to be smooth and stress-free from the moment we met her. She was quick and dynamic to fill in gaps and got to know us well-enough to know where exactly we wanted to focus. The best part of working with Mandy was that for the months, weeks, and days leading up to our wedding we were stress-free when it came to timeline, details, and vendor management, which might have been the best gift of our wedding. We were in great hands the whole way and she was great at naturally knowing where her help was needed and taking care of business! Highly recommend hiring Mandy as your event planner if you want to be stress-free.

    My husband and I worked with Mandy Scotts Events to plan our wedding in July 2021, and we would highly recommend her services! Mandy is talented, organized, responsive, easy to work with, and pays special attention to every detail. We started working with Mandy after we got engaged in Fall 2018. One of the best, but also most challenging, parts of planning a wedding in the Bay Area is the infinite amount of vendor choices. Mandy consistently presented us with her top recommendations for vendors that fit our budget and wedding style, based on her many years of experience working in the wedding industry. Through these strong vendor connections, we quickly received proposals, had vendor meetings, and felt confident in the vendor choices we made. Our wedding was originally planned for June 2020, but when the pandemic hit 3-months before, it became obvious that our 200-person indoor wedding would not be able to proceed as planned. Recognizing that this was an emotional time for us, Mandy met with us to review our options (that she prepared). Once we made the decision to push our wedding out by a year, Mandy communicated with all vendors, set a new date, and sent updated communication to all of our guests within 1-week. We couldn’t be more grateful for how Mandy swiftly navigated these changes during this difficult time, while keeping our vision for our wedding alive. Despite the many changes to our original wedding plans, I couldn’t have imagined our wedding day any other way. When our wedding finally arrived, Mandy ensured that we felt like “guests” at our own wedding; allowing us to enjoy every moment, as Mandy and her team seamlessly orchestrated the vendor team and schedule behind the scenes. To this day, we continue to receive numerous compliments our our wedding day: from the beauty of our venue, to our incredible food, and breathtaking decor and florals. While in the early stages of wedding planning, I remember people telling me that “something will always go wrong” at your wedding. As a self-proclaimed perfectionist, with a wedding planner, I thought there was no way we would have something go wrong. Looking back, this makes me laugh, as I learned some things (like a pandemic) are truly out of our control. One thing I can promise — when something doesn’t go according to plan during your wedding, whether big or small, you will want Mandy in your corner.

    Mandy Scott was EVERYTHING our wedding needed. She's not just the glue that holds everything together, she is the savior pulling out last minute solutions to unforeseen events... like our DJ quitting 7 days before our wedding! Mandy had us lined up with a new DJ in less than 2 hours. As someone who has spent a decent amount of time planning events, I can honestly say she's better than anyone I have ever worked with in my life. Our wedding was absolutely perfect, and the only thing I would change if I could go back in time and fix anything - would be to START the wedding planning process with her so that she could find all the best vendors. I can't say enough kind things about Mandy, her and her assistant were EVERYTHING. She made our day care free and perfect, she made it so that we didn't have to deal with ANYTHING logistics related the day of the wedding. She handled all the communication with all the vendors, the tips, the annoying drunk people, she was everywhere and did it all with a sense of grace and calm. She is the best thing you'll have at your wedding.

    OMG!!! Mandy was the best wedding coordinator I could’ve ever asked for. And her assistant Sabrina was amazing. We had a couple gas there who had a little bit of a special need getting to and from tables and they were on it like no other. All of her hard work recommending caterers, Florist, vendors for table settings as well as furniture on the lawn and everything was just absolutely wonderful. You would be very lucky to have her!!!
