We worked together via phone and email, and I was able to visit the store to look at all of the materials and design elements in person before they went to print. Munnie is incredibly communicative and quick to respond. She is impeccable with her attention to detail. With each email communication, she carefully addressed all of my questions. She was very respectful of my budget and worked with me to find design alternatives and solutions that were cost effective and beautiful. I am beyond happy with how my wedding invitations turned out. We ordered our save-the-dates, invitation suites, and thank-you notes from Hyegraph and were so pleased with how they came out! Munnie, our design consultant, was so knowledgeable in walking us through all the designs during our first meeting and also helping us narrow down options based on our feedback. She was prompt in answering our questions and sending over our proofs and was very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Hyegraph for your stationery needs!

The service is great: we had a very tight schedule and they were able to print all the invitations very fast. The staff is very friendly and willing to guide you during the full process (and many hard choices to make!)

Where do I begin? Other than Jacques being a lovely person, I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly he was able to design and print our wedding invitations! From the first meeting until the day I picked up our cards, it was a smooth process. Jacques is very experienced and offered some great advice as my fiance and I were browsing our options and making final decisions. Not to mention, Jacques is incredibly responsive and has excellent follow-through, which is a difficult trait to find these days. I highly recommend their services to anyone who is looking for a high-quality, cost-effective, and overall pleasant experience in designing cards for special occasions.
