“Flowers don’t last forever. It’s funny that you call 6 days later. You are not my client so I don’t want to talk to you” was Arturo’s response to my call regarding a delivery I received for my birthday. I did not expect a new arrangement nor an apology, I just wanted to know if it was normal for his company’s flowers to rot in less than a week because I had other flowers delivered the day before his that are still in great condition. Arturo was a total jerk. As a small business owner myself, this is not the way to go when it comes to a customers “complaint.” I usually hold back from posting bad reviews because I know what that can do to someone’s business but I really think Arturo needs to know clients are not treated this way, especially when the client is not calling in a negative way.

Unfortunately I was given a bouquet congratulating me for my wedding but I never saw the bouquet because it was delivered when we weren’t in the office and it was left outside the door to die. When we contacted the company to ask if they’d consider sending another they simply hung up on us. I called a few more times but again got no where with this company. What a shame for the person who purchased the flowers. I sure wish the company would have resent the bouquet. This is not what it means to have good customer service.
