Wow! What a great experience!! My friends recommended us to Gregg Helfer and I would love to do the same. Gregg was immensely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We couldn't have asked for more. My husband and I upgraded my engagement ring. When we showed up for our appointment, Gregg presented us multiple diamonds in our price range. His preparation and sense of humor enabled my husband to enjoy the process instead of being overwhelmed by the multitude of options. As for me, it was one of my favorite days! Gregg and his team designed a gorgeous custom made ring for us. His team took inspiration from my original heirloom engagement ring and incorporated my unique tastes. Gregg made me feel like he wouldn't be satisfied until I had MY perfect custom ring. He worked closely with me to narrow down the design concept. After I gave vague feedback from the first draft, his team was able to design my ideal piece. I couldn't be more happy with my experience and most importantly the craftsmanship of my ring!!
My husband ( then fiance) and I had a great time working with Gregg. I went with my husband when we were picking out wedding bands and I was worried he might be pushy because I wanted a very simple wedding band (vs my beautiful diamond engagement ring from them). He recommended a wedding band for me filled with diamonds and I said I was looking for something much more simple. To my surprise, he didn't push it or say anything, but showed me exactly what I wanted! That made me very relieved and happy he wanted to sell me what I liked! Now, 8 years later, our wedding bands have held up and still look great!

Had a great experience finding the diamond I wanted and then found the perfect band. Didn't feel overwhelmed in a large jewelry store with lots of LED lights. They really heard what I was saying as far as what I was going for and didn't push me in a direction just to make a quick sale. They also Didn't nickel and dime me one bit to get the right size after the matter, installed little gold stubs to keep the ring from spinning at no cost after the ring re-sizing, and was extremely helpful to get the ring completed expeditiously every time.
Great jeweler! I recently purchased an engagement ring from Michael and Nikki and was overwhelmed with the kindness and educated help they provided me with during my first experience. I needed a ring two weeks before my European trip and they did everything they could to make the process smooth and fast. The ring turn out beautiful and my fiancé loved it!!!!
