I ordered flowers from out of state on behalf of a friend. Ms. Diedra responded within minutes. Very professional, helped design the idea wanted, quality work of the wreath was exceptional, timeliness because requested day before, and follow-up on delivery day. Thank you for all your help!

They are incredible. I do not live in Chicago, but my best friend does. I ordered flowers for her as a surprise for her birthday from City Enchanted Gardens Floral. I originally had the delivery set for her apartment, but realized the DAY OF that she would not be home to receive them. I quickly called and last minute changed the delivery location to her work. They helped me out and changed their delivery route to ensure that my friend got her surprise bouquet and birthday balloons!!
It is so nice working with reliable, local businesses such as this one. OH and the flower arrangement speaks for itself - absolutely beautiful.
Thank you so much for the great service & for making not only my friends day, but my day as well!

I ordered a Christmas basket bouquet for my daughter who couldn't join me for Christmas this year. Though it arrived later than expected (due to placing the order late in the day), the bouquet was very beautiful. It brightened her Christmas!
