The service here was absolutely disgusting. The ceiling paint chipped off onto the floor with guests watching. The staff refused to serve an elderly woman food. And the manager or owner kept showing attitude the whole time. I would never come here and give them my money. Not worth it! Please don’t book your events here.
Washrooms are clean , doesn’t smell bad at all , good ambient inside . Washrooms are cleans , they got 3 urinials and 3 toilets in men’s restroom than the usual 1 toilet/ urinal compared to other banquet hall . A.C fan near front stage make very noticeable noise . Floor is average clean , not bad at all . Decoration is good . Entrance looks good
They suck! Where should I start - basically ruined my sisters wedding. The breaker tripped stopping the music for about 30 minutes. The so called bar ran out of liquor, ice, and cups. The buffet food was not labeled. The chicken skewer was burnt. When asked about refilling food - was told quite rudely that “well we gave you extra food”. They cut the Wedding cake even though they were told not to cut and serve. They did not take out the cake out early enough and it was frozen. The chairs were stained and broken and fixed with tape. They turned off the AC when it was like 92 degrees in the hall. Any wedding planner worth their salt would NEVER recommend this place.
I have attended my friend’s wedding and it was absolutely amazing experience. I’ve been there 5 years before. What a change over and it was like Walking into a Kingdom. Staffs were kind, polite and very professional. Owners really put a lot of effort into this hall and knows what they are doing…breath taking experience.
Attended a reception tonight and the bar was “closed” after an hour of entering the venue because the ran out of ice and glasses. The circuit tripped 30 minutes into the dance floor opened up. It was a buffet style dinner and after 25 minutes a tray of the pasta finished. When asked if they would replenish, the server said “no, that’s all we have”. To make matters worse, the cut the newly weds top tier of their wedding cake that was supposed to be preserved. Total disaster!
