I place a last minute order with Exquisite this morning for Valentine’s Day flowers and the flowers came in less than 2 hours from ordering. The flowers looks amazing and I would definitely order with them again.

ordered flowers to be delivered this Valentines Day for my mother. I specifically selected 14 February. Mind you, this shop is located less than 2 miles from my mom’s house... my sister notified me at 8:35 PM PST that the flowers had still not been delivered. When I contacted the shop, I spoke to a male who told me that it was Valentines Day and that he would check on my order and call me back to which he never called back. At 10:35 PM PST, my sister told me that the flowers had still not been delivered and I started to call again. My calls went unanswered. My sister called and the shop answered.... she told them about the order not being delivered and they told her that they knew and they were closed.
It is the first Valentines Day without my father since he passed away this August and I was attempting a gesture for my mother only for this shop to mess it up completely!
They have blocked my number and I have filed a dispute with my credit card company because they charged my card with no problem. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB. BUYER BEWARE!

Did not deliver Valentine's Day flowers.
Called at almost 11:00PM to confirm that they were closed and the person who answered said they were closed and to call back tomorrow. No apology. No nothing.
Today, not tomorrow, is Valentine's Day, and I prepaid for flowers to be delivered today, not any other day.
This shop is less than 5 minutes away from where I wanted the delivery so it's not like it was impossible to get to because of traffic.
I will be getting my money back.
Buyer beware. This shop doesn't care about making deliveries on time and/or the impression they make with customers.
Update: I called back on February 15th and all they made were excuses. They said the website wasn’t working and offered to deliver flowers on the 16th. Why didn’t they tell my sister this yesterday when she called for an order status at around 8:00PM instead of that they were still out for delivery?!?!
They wanted the full payment card # to give a full refund which is suspect. I got hung up on when I told him to issue a refund through the information he already had when the flowers were ordered and that he was going to get reported to the BBB.
DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM THIS SHOP!!!

I ordered internationally for friends celebrating their honeymoon. While the flowers did get delivered, I emailed and called with no reply to confirm a timing and location. Flowers did look great but if you are looking for communication or anything of that sort, would not recommend.

Exquisite Flowers put together a gorgeous arrangement for same-day delivery, with easy ordering online and excellent service. Very happy to find this local shop with beautiful flowers, thoughtful service, good prices & no delivery fee. This will be our go-to florist for future deliveries in the area!
