I scheduled a series of transportation needs with an Empire Limousine for a group trip. The experience was very positive! The drivers were genuinely interested in our enjoyment and went above and beyond to assist whenever we had a need or request. On a particularly hot evening, the car was warmer than we anticipated. Empire Limousine immediately addressed the situation and followed up to ensure we were satisfied. It was refreshing to have a company that was service forward and not adding on hidden fees or surcharges. Ali was a wonderful driver who kept positive and upbeat during our series of adventures in the evening. Highly recommended

Absolutely wonderful service. Abdul was simply delightful . This was not an easy job. The ride was for my daughter’s graduation at YANKEE stadium and many of the streets were blocked off but he found a way to get us in as close as possible. He also did not complain about my daughter being a few minutes late.

Our driver Ali was awesome!! He showed up right on time. The limo was perfect just what I ordered! Right down to the complementary bottle of champagne! Ali was very knowledgeable providing the perfect spots when we arrived at the Valley. He even took pictures for us. We ended up being 2 hours past our allowed time and there were absolutely no issues with that. We had an amazing time and I'll absolutely call them again when I'm in New York.

Great service from beginning to end. Calling in to book a limo, is super friendly and super helpful. I and my husband and kids were coming to New York and we wanted to arrive in style. Our driver‘s name was Ali and he was amazing. He was waiting for us at baggage claim with the sign. He grabbed our bags when we pointed out what bags were ours and told us to relax he will grab our bags and bring them to the limo for us. He drove us down the New York strip with a little tour and gave us some tips and ideas to do while we were on vacation in New York with the kids. After the tour of the strip, he drove us to our Hotel. It was great service very punctual and very knowledgeable. We enjoyed Ali so much that We had to leave a good review. He made our limo service great. Thank you, Ali!!!!!

I recently used Empire Limousine for a special occasion in New York and I was truly impressed! The chauffeur was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable about the city. I felt safe and secure with their service. The car itself was clean and well maintained. They even went the extra mile by providing refreshments in the car!
