We just had our daughters' wedding at the Crystal Plaza this past Saturday night. If you have visited this venue, look no further; if you haven't looked there yet, you need to get there! The whole experience with the Janoff family has been pure joy and perfection. The venue is even more beautiful than it was before. The Atrium, the Vault and the Bridal Suite is spectacular. The service and the food is top notch. They accommodated our every need! The only problem is that the whole day/night went way too fast! We are hoping our other daughter gets engaged in the not too distant future so we can do it all over again at Crystal Plaza!

Nice venue, food was awesome, the employees were all super nice, but some weirdly rigid policies (eg the bartenders were required to pour beer bottles into glasses which couldn't fit a whole bottle). I asked for a water bottle or even plastic cup to take at the end, could only be a glass and finally managed to get a paper coffee cup that ended up leaking through

We had our wedding at crystal plaza and don’t regret it for a minute. We had visited while on the way to another venue and didn’t think that crystal plaza would be way out of our budget but decided to go anyway. Max came out and welcomed us on a Saturday morning and walked us around; we fell in love immediately. We saw a few other venues but nothing made us feel as confident as we were with crystal plaza. We had our south Asian wedding in may with the ceremony in the atrium in the morning and the reception in the evening. They were so communicative during the month before and so accommodating to questions and requests. Every single one of the staff members we worked with before and during the day went above and beyond. Both iris and max were helpful in clearing up issues with our timeline during the day (given how long we were there for) which was difficult at time.
One of the things that I was so grateful to them about was their flexibility with us. I am sure that they regularly deal with people changing things at the last minute but when we had a bunch of Covid-related cancellations, they went out of their way to adjust the numbers until 3-4 days before and didn’t charge for the cancellations. During the month of our wedding it seemed like everyone was getting Covid or a family member was and this ability to work with us was highly appreciated. Also:
after the wedding, we realized that we had paid for an extra half hour which was supposed to be changed. Given the fact that we were working with a wedding planner, there was a lot of communication going back and forth and this was not properly communicated to the venue. Nannette, the bookkeeper emailed with us and, although the mistake was between ourselves and the wedding planner, she agreed to refund us half of that extra back. I can see why they have had so many great reviews from so many people: they really know how to make your day as special.

We can not recommend the Crystal Plaza enough! The ballroom is spectacular, the food is exceptional, and the staff is outstanding. From when we first visited the Crystal Plaza to the end of our wedding, they went above and beyond to bring our dream wedding to life!
