Bjorn was super responsive and helpful throughout the whole cake customization process! I ordered a firetruck cake for my son's birthday party and guests loved the cake. They were so impressed by how it turned out and it tasted great too! It's a pricey cake for $250(+tax), but it was a work of art and a truly memorable masterpiece!
AMAZING! My entire experience with Bjorn from placing the order until delivery was stellar. They even checked on my a few days after my even to see how everything went. I ordered two cakes and they were each spectacular and exactly what I wanted. Pricing was reasonable. I will never order a cake anywhere else again! I wish I could give Bjorn 10 stars!
Good customer service. I accidentally thought the invoice was an estimate. Really glad they emailed me before canceling my order just a few days before our party! Cake looked fabulous! Exactly like the picture we gave them. We had the strawberry shortcake, and it did not disappointed from a flavor perspective. 4 instead of 5 stars because cost was outrageous. Paid $200 for a 6 inch cake which supposedly fed 12 people... I don't know about that... Yeah it's tall, but these would have to be extremely calorie conscious guests to enjoy the small amount of cake. Also, because the cake is so tall, it's hard to cut nice slices.
Bjorn Cakes was amazing! I called last minutes and they were able to deliver 5 tier specially designed cake for my clients grand opening! It was beautiful and tasty and on time! I will use them in the future and you should too!
It’s a no for me. I paid off my $1,000 cake 4 months in advance for my daughter’s quinceanera. I called two days before and I was assured the order for our cake was in the works to be delivered 30 minutes south of the city. They did not bring the cake, and I did not receive even a phone call to inform me what was happening. I was so busy with the party, it wasn’t until we were about to light her birthday candles that I realized they were two hours late. I called and the owner was very nice to refund me, but the damage was done. My 100 people didn’t have cake, but more importantly my daughter didn’t have it for her birthday. They said the power went off, but I wonder if they just forgot about me. It’s probably not a good idea to pay off your balance in total until the day of or they could forget about you. I am kicking myself for not staying local, but the appeal pulled me in. The store has a sketchy vibe too because communication is not happening from store to customer. The tasting was difficult too, and this should have been my warning. Maybe they will do better, but i think it is best to try elsewhere for better communication and professionalism.
