Bjorn was super responsive and helpful throughout the whole cake customization process! I ordered a firetruck cake for my son's birthday party and guests loved the cake. They were so impressed by how it turned out and it tasted great too! It's a pricey cake for $250(+tax), but it was a work of art and a truly memorable masterpiece!

Good customer service. I accidentally thought the invoice was an estimate. Really glad they emailed me before canceling my order just a few days before our party!
Cake looked fabulous! Exactly like the picture we gave them. We had the strawberry shortcake, and it did not disappointed from a flavor perspective.
4 instead of 5 stars because cost was outrageous. Paid $200 for a 6 inch cake which supposedly fed 12 people... I don't know about that... Yeah it's tall, but these would have to be extremely calorie conscious guests to enjoy the small amount of cake. Also, because the cake is so tall, it's hard to cut nice slices.

It was a pleasure to work with Kossivi and Bjorn Cakes. I contacted him just 2 weeks before the event after my order with another bakery fell through. Kossivi and I met and went over all of the details in person for this large custom order. He was timely with sending confirmation details and quickly answered follow up questions. The final product was beautiful and the cake was delicious.

Ordered the chocolate galaxy with chocolate turtle flavor combo and it is divine. All good quality ingredients, especially noticeable in the quality of the buttercream.
They had a freezer problem when I needed to pick it up so it was delayed a few hours but they offered to deliver it because of the delay which was nice. Good customer service.
If you order a signature cake online, process is easy. Can’t speak to custom orders.

Our wedding was originally in April, and was delayed because of COVID. We moved our wedding to July and did a 10-person, immediate family only wedding. When we were last-minute planning our July wedding, we reached out to Bjorn Cakes to see if they can make a small, two-layered cake, much different than our original order which was for 100 people.
They made the cake, and delivered it to the suburb like we asked. Then we learned that during the year since our cake tasting, they actually changed owners!! And the former owner failed to mention our order (nor did he pass on our deposit). The current owner made our cake anyway, in the hope that we will like it and will spread the words.
Well, we loved it, so did our guests. One guest actually said this was the best wedding cake she had ever had. So now I’m putting the words out on Google.
