We were referred to ACME floral by our wedding venue, so we reached out to Kirk to order some arrangements. The first red flag was that it was difficult to get into contact with him. Eventually, he responded and we communicated about the style of arrangements, as well as the time and place for delivery. When the day of the wedding arrived, the flowers had not been delivered to the venue. We reached out to him via email and multiple phone calls. After calling nearly 10+ times he finally answered; he had no recollection of us placing an order and told us that we had not placed an order. He only remembered our order after we forwarded him our previous email conversation. He eventually admitted that the mistake must have been some sort of logistical error with their software, but the damage had been done. We were left without flower arrangements on our wedding day. He offered to 'throw something together' for us, but we refused. We were refunded our money and left it at that. Judging by some other reviews on here we are not the first to experience this problem. Kirk claims in the response that it is not a regular issue, but I would say evidence runs contrary to this.
ACME Floral is very communicative, accommodating, friendly, and does put together some lovely bouquets. They're in our rotation for bi-weekly deliveries because their flowers are such a nice touch to come home to.

Kirk and Jeremiah provided the flowers for my mother's Celebration of Life service. They asked what I had in mind. I told them her favorite color was purple. Not only did they create STUNNING bouquets, they delivered them to Santa Cruz!! I will be using them for ANY & ALL floral arrangements I may need in the future!!
ACME bailed me out on a same day delivery after two different florists took my order but couldn't deliver. ACME not only picked up their phone at 5:00pm, but took my order and delivered it so I didn't miss his birthday! THANK YOU ACME
