DO NOT BOOK A FLYING CAMERA NO MATTER WHAT.
I'm a resident of Palo Alto and I booked this company's services for a party my company was throwing at Stanford University for the Presidential election in early November. At the event, the booth operator notified me that the printer's primary and backup ink cartridges were not working and thus the photo booth was basically unusable as no photos were printed at the event. In addition, I have since seen none of the photos via email or in physical form from A Flying Camera, even though both digital and real portfolios was part of the $600 package.
During the months of November and December I made roughly 20 calls to A Flying Camera to talk about the issue. To add insult to the original injury, I was ignored and stalled for the vast majority of my attempts to reach out during those months. I eventually was able to get a hold of a male senior manager, Eric, who apologized for the horrible customer service, and promised a half refund in addition to a complimentary deluxe photo booth at my next event. After providing my email for him to put the details into writing, I never heard back from him. This call was months ago.
Now my renewed attempts to simply get questions answered are being consciously ignored (I have an email open tracker). So at this point I can only resort to a) legal action, and more importantly b) warning future patrons of the horrors of working with this unprofessional organization.

The photobooth at my daughter's wedding was a smash hit. They showed up early to set up and had a ton of funny props.
